- Background of auto-immune hypothyroidism
- Females aged 70-80 years
Clinical presentation
- Rapid onset mass in thyroid
Investigations
- Core biopsy
Management
- Chemotherapy (R-CHOP), radiotherapy or steroids
- Does not respond to RAI
