Aetiology
- Small vascular malformation, can be congenital or acquired (mostly related to aging)

- Obscure cause of otherwise unexplained rectal bleeding

- Angiography
- Colonoscopy
Management
- Embolisation
- Endoscopic ablation
- Surgical resection
