Aetiology
- Result of either over-production of CSF or a problem with draining or absorbing CSF
Clinical presentation
- Enlarged and rapidly increasing head circumference
- Bulging anterior fontanelle
- Poor feeding and vomiting
- Poor tone
- Sleepiness
